Executive Council Members
Mission New York has an executive council which offers prayer, support, fiscal responsibility and moral accountability to the activities of the organization. Mission New York donors can feel good about how their resources are stewarded with this executive council in place.
Pastor Rick Fountain serves on the executive council of Mission New York. Rick is the Executive Pastor and Chief Operating Officer of Metro World Child (formerly known as Metro Ministries) in Brooklyn, New York. Metro World Child, founded by Pastor Bill Wilson, has the distinction of being the largest Sunday School in the world. Pastor Rick previously has served as a national denominational leader, regional bishop and lead pastor of several other churches, most recently, Harvest Christian Center in Cantonment, Florida.

Pastor Tim Nail serves on the executive council of Mission New York. Tim is the pastor of Lake City Pentecostal Holiness Church in Lake City, South Carolina. Pastor Tim also serves as the district elder for the Lake City District of 26 IPHC churches. Tim is a powerful preacher who has ministered in hundreds of churches as an in-demand evangelist. In the past Tim has served as the pastor of Central Chapel in Pensacola, Florida where he hosted a weekly television ministry which reached the Florida, Alabama and Mississippi Gulf Coast region for many years.

Dr. Kirk Walters serves on the executive council of Mission New York. Dr. Kirk has served successfully in corporate America, several former pastorates to include Metropolitan Church in Birmingham, Alabama and since 2017 Dr. Walters has served as the Lead Pastor of Mount Paran North Church of God in Marietta, Georgia. Brian serves as the executive director and president of Mission New York which is a Florida, religious, non-profit corporation, registered with the Secretary of State dedicated to spreading the Good News of Jesus Christ.
